Yesterday I decided to play hookie from the office to enjoy a much needed mid-week day off. While it was pretty 'no frills', there was just enough spontaneity to now feel re-energized + ready to take on the remainder of the week. Ryan even got to partake in some of my fun by joining me for a relaxing lunch under the sun on the patio of jax. While these days do not come very often, I could not be more grateful for a little bit of hookie from my regular schedule.
