I came across this map of state foods across the country and I had to share. It is no shock that I checked out colorado first and I love that my home state's food is chile verde. Such a perfect pick for a state that has a huge influence of hispanic culture. I think I could make a seriously perfect meal by visiting alabama, main, california and hawaii.
