October is in full effect and if you read my post yesterday, then you know that I am head-over heels for fall everything. So, it is only fitting that the recipes I'm featuring in today's post honor this glorious season! Grocery stores and farmers markets will be flooded soon with mushrooms, squashes, nuts, pumpkins, apples and more... I am on a mission to cook them all and you should too!
